The services offered by PinedCloud(PinedCloud Sp. z o.o.) are fully commercial. Your privacy and security concerns are an important part of our business. The policy is based on five pillars:

1. Processing of the customer's personal data.
2. Password protection of the service.
3. Cookie Policy.
4. Server logs.
5. Sharing of personal data.

CUSTOMER PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

1. The administrator of your personal data is PinedCloud Limited Liability Company based in Lublin at the following address ul. Marii Curie-Skłodowskiej 4/12, 20-029 Lublin, KRS 0000967846, NIP 7123434142, REGON 52180957 (zwaną dalej: PinedCloud).

3. The Website collects personal information only to the extent necessary to fulfill the agreements provided by PinedCloud.
4. The following data shall be collected:
1. Full name or company name and address,
2. Mailing address (street, house number and/or house and apartment number, zip code and city),
3. E-Mail,
4. phone number,
5. number NIP/VAT/Tax ID.
5. Your personal data will be processed on the basis of Article 6(1)(a) - (c) of the DPA for the purpose of entering into an agreement between you and PinedCloud for the provision of services offered by PinedCloud and the performance of the agreement between you and PinedCloud for the provision of services offered by PinedCloud, as well as the performance of PinedCloud's legal obligations, the detection and prevention of fraud, the establishment, defence and assertion of claims, direct marketing, the creation of compilations, analyses and statistics, verification of payment reliability, the handling of complaints and requests, technical support, financial settlements, including the issuance of accounting documents.
6. PinedCloud is entitled to transfer your personal data to third parties (hereinafter referred to as PinedCloud Subcontractors) and Domain Name Registries, Certification Bodies for the purpose and to the extent necessary for the proper and due performance of the agreement concluded by you with PinedCloud. Accordingly, your personal data may be transferred to PinedCloud Subcontractors pursuant to a data processing outsourcing agreement between PinedCloud and PinedCloud Subcontractors. The transfer of your personal data to Domain Name Registries is based on the Domain Name Registration Agreement entered into by you with the Domain Name Registry. The transfer of your personal data to Certification Bodies is based on the SSL certificate registration agreement concluded by you with the Certification Body. In addition, PinedCloud is obliged to transfer your personal data on the basis of mandatory legal provisions, including at the request of authorized courts, authorities and institutions.
7. Your personal data, as a general rule, is not transferred outside the EEA. However, the transfer of your personal data outside the EEA may occur when it is necessary to do so in order to provide your service, including where the provision of the service requires the involvement of PinedCloud Subcontractors located outside the EEA.
8. Your personal data will be stored for the duration of the contract entered into by you with PinedCloud for the provision of services offered by PinedCloud, in connection with which your personal data is processed, and thereafter until the expiration of the period of limitation for claims under the contract entered into by you with PinedCloud for the provision of services offered by PinedCloud. Your personal data recorded in accounting records, on the other hand, will be stored for the period indicated in applicable laws, including tax laws.
9. Subject to restrictions under the GDPR and other laws, you have the right of access to the content of Your Personal Data and the right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, the right to data portability, the right to object, and the right to withdraw consent at any time if processing is based on Your consent.
10. You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority under the GDPR if you consider that the processing of your personal data violates the GDPR.
11. To the extent necessary for the performance of the contract concluded by you with PinedCloud for the provision of the services offered by PinedCloud, as well as to the extent necessary for PinedCloud to take action at your request and to the extent necessary for PinedCloud to fulfil its legal obligation to PinedCloud - the processing of your personal data takes place on the basis of a legal provision, i.e. Article 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR, without the need for your consent to the processing of your personal data. In the remaining scope, providing your personal data is voluntary. However, insofar as your consent to the processing of your personal data has been given by you solely for marketing purposes, providing your personal data is voluntary, but refusal to give your consent or withdrawal of consent will prevent PinedCloud from informing you of new offers and promotions.
12. You may be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing of your personal data, including profiling, if we are entitled to do so under applicable law or you have previously given your consent.

SECURING THE SERVICE WITH A PASSWORD

Each service running on Busander servers is protected by an access password. This password must meet the requirements for the number of characters, including letters, numbers, special characters, ensuring an adequate level of security corresponding to the risk associated with the processing of personal data. Thus, access to an account or a domain is possible only after proper authorization. You may change your password at any time using the mechanisms available in the Administration Panel. If you have forgotten your password, there is a formalized procedure for assigning a new password available in the Help section of the website https://pinedcloud.com.

COOKIE POLICY

"Cookies" are text files, computer data stored on users' devices, intended for use on websites. They allow, among others, to identify the type of user's device and display websites tailored to individual preferences. Cookies usually contain the website address, time of storage on the user's device and its own unique identifier.

Cookies allow us to:

• ensure the proper functioning of our service,
• improve the speed and security of use of the site,
• improve the features available to you on the site,
• use analytical tools,
• use marketing tools,
• use the comment system,
• provide social features.

Own Cookies. Cookies can be divided into own and third party cookies. As far as our own cookies are concerned, we use them in order for our services to work properly. In the case of applications provided by PinedCloud acceptance of "cookies" is required for the proper use of such as a billing system (customer panel).

Third-party cookies. Our website, like most modern websites, uses features provided by third parties, which involves the use of cookies from third parties. The use of such cookies is described below.

Analysis and statistics. We use cookies to track site statistics such as number of visitors, type of operating system and browser used to view the site, time spent on the site, pages visited, etc. We use Google Analytics tools in this regard. The information collected in this regard is completely anonymous and does not allow you to be identified. Cookies from Google LLC are used for this purpose.

The use of Google Analytics services involves the implementation of a tracking code provided by Google in the code of the website. This code is based on cookies, but may also use other tracking technologies.

Marketing. We use Facebook marketing tools to target ads to you on Facebook. For this purpose, we have implemented the Facebook Pixel in the code of the website, which remembers your visits. Facebook cookies are used for this purpose.

We also use Google Tag Manager marketing tools to target ads to you on this site. For this purpose, we have implemented appropriate code in the code of the site, which remembers your visits. Cookies from Google LLC are used for this purpose, including Google Adwords.

Community features. We provide the ability to use social features such as sharing content on social networks and subscribing to a social profile. The use of these functions involves the use of cookies of social network administrators such as Facebook, Google+.

SERVER LOGS

Using our services involves sending requests to the server, on which the page is stored. Each query sent to the server is recorded in the server logs.

The logs include your IP address, the date and time of the server, information about your web browser and the operating system you are using. The logs are saved and stored on the server.

The data stored in server logs is not associated with specific individuals using the site and is not used by us to identify you.

Server logs constitute only auxiliary material used for administration of the website and their content is not disclosed to anyone except persons authorized to administer the server.

SHARING OF PERSONAL DATA

1. Data shall be made available to third parties only within the limits of the law or to the extent necessary to carry out the order.
2. If the Customer chooses to pay for the order electronically (e-transfer, bank card, blik, ) Stripe Inc or Santander Bank Poland will be provided with the data necessary to carry out the payment process:

4. IP address,
5. order number and amount to be paid.
